What You'll Do

As our Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator, you will:

• Inspire: Connect with purpose-driven people and help them see how their gifts can be used to bring joy and dignity to others.

• Lead the Recruitment Journey: Be the first voice applicants hear. Make it count. From inquiry to onboarding, you’ll craft a welcoming, high-touch experience that helps us hire the right people, fast.

• Coach & Empower: Conduct engaging orientations and performance conversations that leave people feeling uplifted, prepared, and proud to be part of something bigger.

• Fuel Connection: Organize creative and meaningful engagement events that make our Care Professionals feel celebrated, connected, and valued.

• Support Growth: Offer opportunities for skill-building and professional development that help our team grow into their highest potential.

• Protect Our Culture: Uphold and promote our six core values—Compassion, Connection, Collaboration, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity—in everything you do.

What We're Looking For

• Deep belief in the potential of people

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you read the room—and the unspoken)

• Experience in recruitment, training, engagement, or HR-related roles

• Organized, proactive, and full of follow-through

• EQ for days and a high sense of personal accountability

• Prior exposure to caregiving or human services is a plus
