Build the team that will change the way our community experiences long-term care.
At Home Instead, we’re not just offering jobs—we’re building a movement. We believe that care should feel like a gift, not a compromise. That growing older should never mean giving up joy, independence, or dignity. And we believe in our Care Professionals—the heart of our mission—as the ones who make that vision possible.
Now, we’re looking for someone just as passionate to help us find, nurture, and empower the next generation of care heroes.
Who You Are
You’re a natural encourager. You believe that people are capable of extraordinary things when they’re supported, seen, and given the chance to grow. You’re the kind of person who brings out the best in others—through meaningful conversations, a keen eye for potential, and a contagious belief in what’s possible.
You're not just looking for a job. You're looking for a mission.
What You'll Do
As our Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator, you will:
-
Inspire: Connect with purpose-driven people and help them see how their gifts can be used to bring joy and dignity to others.
-
Lead the Recruitment Journey: Be the first voice applicants hear. Make it count. From inquiry to onboarding, you’ll craft a welcoming, high-touch experience that helps us hire the right people, fast.
-
Coach & Empower: Conduct engaging orientations and performance conversations that leave people feeling uplifted, prepared, and proud to be part of something bigger.
-
Fuel Connection: Organize creative and meaningful engagement events that make our Care Professionals feel celebrated, connected, and valued.
-
Support Growth: Offer opportunities for skill-building and professional development that help our team grow into their highest potential.
-
Protect Our Culture: Uphold and promote our six core values—Compassion, Connection, Collaboration, Creativity, Accountability, and Integrity—in everything you do.
What We're Looking For
-
Deep belief in the potential of people
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you read the room—and the unspoken)
-
Experience in recruitment, training, engagement, or HR-related roles
-
Organized, proactive, and full of follow-through
-
EQ for days and a high sense of personal accountability
-
Prior exposure to caregiving or human services is a plus
Why This Role Matters
In a world where too many older-adult care solutions feel cold and transactional, we're reimagining what it means to age at home. We know that the best care begins with the best people—and that begins with you.
What We Offer
-
A mission-driven, high-performing team that feels like family
-
The freedom to lead with heart and creativity
-
A workplace where personal and professional growth are non-negotiables
-
Competitive salary and benefits. Starting salary range: $53k-60k plus bonus opportunties. Based on experience.
-
The chance to make a real, lasting impact on your community
